EdulinkOne
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our new parental information and communication system EdulinkOne. We will be using this system to provide you with essential information about your children at The Milton Keynes Academy.
For security, this new system requires an individual parent login username and password. If you have more than one child at the school, you will only require one account and all children will be visible through this.
To access this new tool, you will need to either:
- Search for EdulinkOne (Overnetdata) from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install the App to a mobile device – you can have it on multiple devices if you wish.
- If you do not have a device suitable for the app, you can access the same great features through the website at https://ccs.edulinkone.com
We will issue you your username and passwords by email.
Edulink Parent Quick Tips
Login
To login you should follow the link on your invitation email. If you did not receive one, we can resend it or provide you with manual details. If you forget your login details, you can click on Help and put the schools ID or Postcode and then enter your email address. This will send you a reset link to your email account.
The School ID is MKA. Please note you will only be able to use the email address registered with the Academy. If you have not registered an email address, then please contact to arrange for this to be registered.
Timetable
In the web browser, a parent can click on the relevant day of the week to view their child’s timetable for that day of the week. In the app, a parent can swipe over the day to change the day of the week.
A parent can use the drop down menu which defaults to ‘This week’ to view the following week’s timetable. In the app, a parent can switch between their children’s timetables using the symbol.
View Reports
Once published, Data Reports will be added to the Documents folder so they can be viewed. They can also be downloaded and saved or printed if required.
Personal details
The ‘Personal Details’ area of EduLink displays the child’s information. Including their year and form groups
